So, how does it work?

Basically, if you go ahead with our introductory WordPress install package, we’ll try and take as much of the load off your shoulders as we can. You can expect the process to go something like this:

1. You click ‘Add to Cart’ which will send you to PayPal. Once you pay, we’ll send you an email confirming your order and explain how to set up your new domain and hosting account
2. We’ll send you instructions on how to set up your domain and hosting, and what information you need to send to us before we can start
3. Once you send us your info, we’ll send you an estimate of when you can expect your blog to be complete. Usually, barring any major interruptions (which we’ll usually post on the website) your website should be ready within 7 days of sending us the information we need.

We’re able to offer free install because we get an affiliate commission from our hosting partner when you sign up to host your blog there. This might seem a bit confusing, but it makes the transfer a win/win. You get the hassle taken out of installing your blog and we get something for our time. Awesome, hey?

What it does mean is that you have to get your hosting through our hosting partner. That’s not a problem though, because we’ll give you instructions on how to set up your domain and hosting as part of our email confirmation. From there, it’s smooth sailing to a shiny new WordPress blog!
